Compromise Blue (EST)
Vaieldamatult Eesti rockmuusika klassikasse kuuluv ansambel Compromise Blue on tegutsenud juba 23 aastat. Aastate jooksul on solist Emil Rutiku eestvedamisel antud sadu kontserte, võidetud auhindu ja tunnustust nii siin- kui sealpool piiri, esinetud Helsingist Memphiseni, jagatud lava Shugarcubes’i ja Brian Adams’ iga ning mängitud bluusi koos Rufus Thomase, Gene Tayloriga ja Eesti Vabariigi President Toomas Hendrik Ilvesega. Oma 20. juubeliks üllitas CB ka esimese eestikeelse albumi ning sellest ajast alates kuulub bändi repertuaari ka hulgaliselt emakeelseid lugusid.
Compromise Blue is the legendary Estonian blues band. During the 23 years of existence Compromise Blue has given hundreds of concerts and won prizes from different festivals in Estonia and abroad. They have shared the stage with The Fabulous Thunderbirds and Bryan Adams; played all over the world with the stars like Rufus Thomas; recorded with Omar And The Howlers; even the president of Estonia – Mr Toomas Hendrik Ilves has sung with Compromise Blue on several events. In 2009 the band toured in Estonia together with a prolific and widely acclaimed bluesrock pianist and singer Gene Taylor (The Fabulous Thunderbirds from 1993 to 2007).
